How to Distinguish the Quality of Vacuum Insulated Cups?

To distinguish the quality of the vacuum insulated cup, we need to know which aspects to distinguish? The vacuum degree of the vacuum flask is an important parameter, the tightness of the lid is a prerequisite for its safe use, and plastic accessories and stainless steel raw materials are the basis for us to distinguish the quality of the vacuum flask. Each aspect determines the function of the vacuum flask, and only the vacuum flask that meets these conditions is a high-quality product. So let's take a look at how to distinguish the quality of the vacuum thermos according to these parameters!

1. Discrimination of vacuum degree of vacuum insulated cup

Pour boiling water into the vacuum insulated cup, tighten the cork or lid clockwise for 2-3 minutes, and then touch the outer surface of the cup body (both body and bottom) with your hands, if the body or bottom of the cup is obviously warm, indicating that the product has lost the vacuum degree and cannot achieve a good thermal insulation effect, then this cup is an inferior product and do not buy it.

2. Identification of the tightness of vacuum insulated cups

After adding water to the vacuum flask 304 stainless steel, tighten the cork and lid clockwise, and place the vacuum flask flat on the table. There should be no water leakage. Otherwise, do not buy inferior products; the lid and cup of the vacuum flask The rotation of the mouth should be flexible and there should be no gap.

3. Quality identification of plastic parts of vacuum insulated cups

The high-quality thermos cup plastic parts are made of food-grade new plastics. The new plastics are characterized by small odor, bright surface, no burrs, long service life and not easy to age. Ordinary plastics or recycled plastics are characterized by strong odor, dark color, many burrs, and plastics are easy to age and break.

4. Discrimination of the capacity of vacuum insulated cups

The depth of the inner tank is basically the same as the height of the outer shell, and the capacity (a difference of 16-18MM) is in line with the nominal value. Some poor-quality thermos cups add sand and cement blocks to the cup to make up for the missing weight, so the heavier thermos cup is not necessarily good.
