Introduction to the Daily Use and Maintenance of Stainless Steel Coffee Pot

1. Precautions for the use of stainless steel coffee pots

  • When the stainless steel coffee pot is assembled, please check the power cord to see whether it is well connected and to see whether there are signs of cracking or damage so as to avoid electric shock, and to disinfect the pot body with boiled water to wash off dust.

  • The stainless steel coffee pot can not be operated without water or boil too much water, otherwise the water will overflow and get the electric heating wet when water being boiling. At the same time, do not splash water on the electrical parts of the kettle body when pouring water so as to cause the insulation function reduction.

  • Before operating the stainless steel coffee pot, please make sure that it can be used only under the condition that the boiler pressure indicator reaches the green area (1~1.2bar); the temperature of the steam wand, the nozzle of the hot water outlet and the cooking water outlet is very high when the coffee pot is in use, so please do not put your hands nearby in order to prevent damage caused by high temperature.

  • To prevent the danger of overheating of the stainless steel coffee pot, please keep the power supply stable, the ventilation inlet and outlet not blocked and the cup holder not covered with towels or other things apart from the cup and tray.

  • Do not use stainless steel coffee pots when the water supply is cut off.


2. Daily maintenance of stainless steel coffee pots

  • Any accessories of the stainless steel coffee maker pot cannot be cleaned with iron wire, steel brush, etc.; and it is necessary to wipe it carefully with a wet cloth.

  • The stainless steel coffee pot is descaled regularly, and it is descaled 2-5 times a year according to the usage. To be specific, to pour 2 cups of water with 50ml vinegar into the water tank, then drip a cup according to the coffee brewing procedure, put it aside for 20 minutes, turn off the pot for 5 minutes, then turn it on to have the water dred in the tank and use clean water to re-operate such steps above once or twice.

  • It should be pointed out that when cleaning the stainless steel coffee pot, the body of the pot should not be directly immersed in water. Instead, the filter screen and filter should be taken out and cleaned separately. It is better to wipe the other parts with a clean soft cloth.

  • After the stainless steel coffee pot is used or cleaned, please wipe it with a dry cloth and place it in a place that is byond children's reach. It cannot be turned upside down or pressed with heavy objects.

  • If the stainless steel coffee pot has not been used for a long time, please turn off the power supply and completely release the pressure in the boiler of the pot.
